Terms of Use

By creating an account or using any part of the Plan2Vision platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Plan2Vision Architectural AI ("Plan2Vision", "we", "us"), a company registered in Zürich, Switzerland. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Plan2Vision provides an AI-powered visualisation platform allowing registered users to:

Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at plan2vision.com/contact if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Credit system — Access to AI generation is governed by a credit system. Each render job costs one (1) credit. Video generation costs one (1) credit for 5-second clips or two (2) credits for 10-second clips.

Free credits — New accounts receive two (2) complimentary credits on registration.

Purchasing credits — Credits may be purchased in packs. All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; your card details are not stored by Plan2Vision.

Non-refundable — Purchased credits are non-refundable once used to generate an output. Unused credits do not expire and remain available for the lifetime of your account. If your account is deleted at your request, unused credits are forfeited.

Failed jobs — Credits consumed by a generation job that fails due to a server-side error on our part will be refunded automatically. Credits consumed by jobs that fail due to unsupported or malformed input files are not refunded.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may remove any content and suspend any account at our sole discretion for violations of these rules.

Your uploads — You retain all rights to the files you upload (floor plans, room photos). By uploading, you grant Plan2Vision a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process those files solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.

AI-generated outputs — Upon completion of a generation job and subject to you having sufficient credits, you own the generated output images and videos. Plan2Vision grants no warranties regarding the commercial viability of outputs or freedom from third-party intellectual property claims arising from your original uploaded content.

Platform IP — The Plan2Vision platform, codebase, brand, and underlying AI pipeline remain the exclusive property of Plan2Vision. Nothing in these Terms transfers any platform IP to you.

Outputs generated by the Service are created by AI models and may not accurately represent physical reality, structural integrity, or building regulations. Outputs are intended for visualisation and presentation purposes only.

Plan2Vision makes no representation that AI renders are suitable for use in planning applications, construction documents, or legal/regulatory submissions. Always engage qualified professionals for such purposes.

Generated images may occasionally contain artefacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected elements. We continuously improve our models but cannot guarantee any specific result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy; however, transaction records will be retained as required by Swiss accounting law.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and unused credits are forfeited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
